Can I try before I buy?
If you want to flop before you shop, we’re here for you. You can try our sofas in Bridgman showrooms (our sister company established in 1977) located across the UK. Find your nearest store here nearest store.
How does the 30 day trial work?
We are so confident that you will love Snug but we want you to have complete peace of mind. From the date of delivery, you have 30 days to decide whether we’re for you. If you don’t want to keep your Snug, you can return your items for a full refund providing it is in like-new condition. Simply email orders@snugsofa.com and we will arrange a date to pick them up. Please note that they must be returned in their original packaging or you will be charged a £60 restocking fee.
What are the stain-resistant fabrics like?
Snug fabrics are high quality, durable and 100% vegan. Across all collections, everything is upholstered apart from the cushions, making it easy to clean. We use stain-resistant polyester fabrics and performance velvet across our products, both of which provide a Snug experience as you no longer need to worry about spills. Will the sofa soften over time?
Yes! Just like a pair of new jeans, your sofa needs to be worn in. It may feel a little firm at first but don't worry, give it some seat loving and over time, it will soften up and be as comfortable as ever.
