Although no new Snug products are now being sold by the group any ongoing orders will continue to be fulfilled and any customer services will be managed as usual.

- Is Snug going Bust? No Snug is not going bust. Following the recent purchase of the SCS Group by Poltronesofa, the Group’s leadership have decided to focus on a different business model and range which is now available to buy in new SCS stores.
- Is Snug going into administration? No Snug is not going into administration. Snug will sadly cease selling new sofas but all existing customers will continue to be supported by our friends at SCS.
- Can I still buy a Snug? We have now sold out of all Snug sofas so sadly no. However, as part of the range refresh, there are lots of new styles to choose from at your local SCS store and online. Please find your nearest store here: ScS Store Locator | Find Your closest Store
