How does it all work?

Share some Snug love with your friends through our referral scheme. Click on the link above, enter your details and share the voucher details with your pals. They’ll get £100 off their first order, and you'll get £100 off your next. Win-win, right?!

How to redeem their Snug discount code

To get the discount, your friends need to add Snugs to their cart with a total cart value of £500 or more and go to checkout where they can enter their discount code in the promo box to instantly redeem their discount.

How will I get my referrer £100 code?

Once your friend has used the discount voucher code, you’ll receive an email saying your referral was successful and receive your unique £100 off code to treat yourself to another Snug.

Are there any terms to consider?

Please don’t refer to strangers online such as sharing the referral information on voucher websites and on public social media groups or posts. This programme is only available for orders over £500. The referred friend must be a new Snug customer and one discount code can be used per person. Referral discounts can't be used in conjunction with any other offers. I received an error message when referring friends through the email referral box. What went wrong?

We are sorry to hear that! There are a couple of scenarios that could have triggered the error message.  

 

The first possible scenario is that there was a mistype in one of the email addresses that you entered or you forgot to put commas between multiple emails to separate them.

 

To eliminate confusion over what occurred, we recommend that you go back and enter each email address one at a time, clicking ‘send’ after each one rather than uploading them all at once.  


If you are still having problems using the email referrals we recommend using your unique referral link or sharing the referral through Facebook, Twitter, or Messenger to receive credit. Please contact our Customer Support Team if you need further assistance.

I’ve referred several friends but haven’t received any discount codes for it. Is there something else I need to do?

Referred friends must be a first time customer in order for both of you to receive the referral rewards. In addition, the referral must be initiated through the use of your unique referral link.

 

You’ll receive an email with your unique discount code as soon as your friend completes their first purchase on our website using your code.
