Snug 5 year warranty
total peace of mind

How does the Snug 5-year warranty work?

Simply follow the care instructions provided at the time you purchased your furniture. However if an accident threatens to spoil the appearance of your furniture all you have to do is call our dedicated claims and advice line and we will ensure that the problem is taken care of.

What am I covered for?

This leaflet outlines what you are and are not covered for. Essentially this care plan provides cover for a comprehensive range of household accidents that result in damage or staining to your Snug. Following the delivery of your Snug you will receive a document detailing this and also how to make a claim. It is important to recognise that you are not covered for a lack of care of your furniture or abuse, and multiple stains and damages sustained over an extended period of time are not covered.

How do I make a claim?

All you need to do is call our dedicated claims and advice line on the number detailed on your policy document within 7 days of the incident occurring. A technician will be sent to your home at a mutually convenient time and we’ll take care of the problem, if we are unable to effect a satisfactory repair or stain removal we will replace the damaged item at no cost to you.

taking care of your Snug

The Snug 5 Year Warranty is supported by a range of care products designed to ensure that you are able to maintain your SNUG in the best way possible. These care products are specially formulated and produced by Emmiera Group and are easy to use and effective.

how do I purchase Snug 5 year warranty?

Snug 5 Year Warranty will be offered to you when adding products to your basket on snugsofa.com. If purchasing in store or over the phone with one of our sales consultants, they will discuss details of how to care for your SNUG whilst you are choosing your items. This will include all you need to know about the Snug 5 Year Warranty. Having made your choice, simply ask your sales consultant to add Snug 5 Year Warrant to your order and that’s it!

how does pricing work?

At Snug, you only pay for the cover you need! Choose the products you want to protect and the price of Snug 5-year warranty will be adjusted automatically, right there in your basket. We’ve divided the cost of cover into 100 bands based on the value of the covered items, in increments of £100 from £1 to £10,000, so the pricing is fair and easy to understand. Read on...

Let's say your selected items total £1620 (retail price, before any cheeky discounts!) – that puts you in the £1600-1700 band, with Snug 5-year warranty priced at £169. A small price to pay for five years peace of mind, don’t you think?

If you just couldn’t resist a cushion upgrade, which meant your order then crossed into the £1701-1800 bracket, the price of the Snug 5-year warranty in your basket would also increase by £10, to make sure you have the right level of cover for those higher value items.

Dog allowed on the snuggler but not the sofa? There is no obligation to cover all of the items on your order, you can use the buttons in your basket to add or remove Snug 5-year warranty from each item, and this will be reflected in the price.
